A quiet bar that lives at the top of your screen and keeps an eye on every Claude Code and opencode session at once. It tells you who is working, who has gone quiet waiting on you, and what they just asked, so you never lose a background agent again.
Every session, one glance
Foreground terminals and background sessions started by the Claude Code app both show up, and opencode sessions are read straight from its own session store. The notch reads the same local state the agents write, so nothing is missed and nothing is guessed.
Knows when it needs you
When an agent stops and waits, or asks a question, the notch surfaces it. Answer the question or send the next prompt without hunting for the right window.
Stays out of the way
Collapsed it is a thin bar molded into the top bezel. It widens only when you open it, and it never steals focus while you work.
Says it out loud
When a session finishes a turn, Visor reads back what the agent said. When one asks a question it reads the question and the options, and it reminds you by name about anything left waiting. It speaks; it does not listen yet.
Watches the agents you run
Claude Code and opencode sessions all land in the same panel, each tagged with its agent, model and the terminal hosting it. One row per session, one glance for everything running.
Drive it from the notch
Select any live session to open its composer: type the next prompt, pick an answer to a question, or switch permission modes with a button, all without leaving the screen edge.
Activity at a glance
A rolling summary sits above the session list: how busy your agents have been over the last five hours, twenty-four hours, and seven days, so a quiet machine and a genuinely idle one look different.
Private by construction
Everything reads from the same local session files and stores the agents write. No account, no telemetry, no network call, no API key. The only copy of your work that exists is the one already on your machine.
What's new
Visor 0.2.0 is out now, and the big change is that opencode joins Claude Code under the notch.
- opencode support. Sessions are read from opencode's own store, so both the opencode CLI and the OpenCode desktop app show up with their title, model, prompt and current tool.
- Two agents, one panel. Every live session is listed together and tagged with the agent that runs it, whichever of the two that is.
- Activity stats now include opencode. The rolling busy meters cover everything under the notch, not just Claude.
- Drive opencode sessions too. The composer types into any live session, whichever agent it belongs to.
